Tips from a Master

This is one of my favourite really easy recipes to make, that just elevates the flavour of your steak, great BBQ'd when you have friends over.

125ml Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

125ml tomato ketchup

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove minced

30g brown sugar

salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp Dijon mustard

1/2 cup Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1/2 cup tomato ketchup

1 tbsp worcestershire sauce

1 garlic clove minced

1 oz brown sugar

Salt & black pepper to taste

1 tsp Dijon mustard

Step 1.

Add all the ingredients in a pan and stir until combined. Simmer over medium heat until reduced, about 10 to 15 minutes.

Step 2.

Place the chicken breasts or steak in a large bowl and pour some of the sauce over the meat. Marinate at room temperature for 15 minutes. Place on the grill or BBQ over medium-high heat.
