Strawberries and Balsamic Vinegar of Modena, a perfect combination. These strawberry breakfast pots, drizzled with our Chefs Reduction are a delicious way to start your day.
8 large strawberries halved
Oil spray
500ml Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp granola
2 tbsp shaved dark chocolate
2 tbsp Chef's Reduction Balsamic glaze
8 large strawberries halved

2 cups Greek yoghurt
4 tbsp granola
2 tbsp shaved dark chocolate
2 tbsp Chef's Reduction Balsamic glaze
Preheat the grill on high.
Wash strawberries, pat dry and spray with a little oil.
Place them on a lined baking tray, cook for 10-12 minutes.
Meanwhile, divide the yoghurt between 4 pots or bowls.
Top the bowls with two warm strawberries, granola, a sprinkle of dark chocolate then drizzle over the balsamic to finish.
Serve with the berries still warm.
