MAZZETTI - THE LUCKY DROP’ – PLINKO GAME TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. INTRODUCTION

 

  • By entering the promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions in full. All entry instructions form part of these terms and conditions.

 

  • The promoter is Mazzetti l’Originale a division of AM Spa Aceto Balsamico di Modena, Pertini 440 - 41032 - Cavezzo (Modena) – Italy. Registration No: 03593570363.

 

  • The promotion is open to all UK residents, 18+ or over at the date on which they enter the promotion, except for employees of Mazzetti, its group companies and their agents, or anyone professionally connected with this promotion and any member of their respective immediate families.

 

  • Entry to the promotion opens at 16:00 on Friday 12th May 2023 and closes at 20:00 on Sunday 27th August 2023 (the "Promotion Period"). Entries received after the promotion period will not be eligible to participate.

 

  • No Purchase is necessary.

 

  1. ENTRY TO THE PROMOTION

2.1 To enter the promotion, you must approach the Mazzetti promotional stand while the Mazzetti Lucky Drop is operational, between live event hours at one of the following 3 x locations during the promotion period;

  1. Bristol Foodies Festival Little Stoke Park, BS34 6HR – 12th – 14th May 2023
  2. Taste of London, Regent's Park, Outer Circle, London, NW1 5HA – 14th – 18th June 2023
  3. Festa Italiana, Cathedral Gardens, Corporation St, Manchester M4 3BG - 25th -27th August 2023

2.2 Proof of ID may be requested.

2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted and additional entries will not be allowed.

 

  1. THE PRIZES

3.1 There are two different types of prizes available throughout the promotional period. 

  1. Win a free gift - this consists of 1 x mini bottle of Mazzetti Gold Label Balsamic Vinegar of Modena per person per winning result. This free gift will not be available at Bristol Foodies Festival event. There will be 1,000 mini bottles available to win at Taste of London and 1,000 mini bottles available to win at Festa Italiana. If these prizes run out, the correlating prize slots will be marked as ‘sold out’ on the plinko game and this prize will no longer be available to win.
  2. Win a retail discount - a percentage discount which can be redeemed against full prized bottles at the Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena retail shop at the stand during the promotional period at the events specified above. This discount cannot be redeemed at any other physical or online retailer. The discount can be redeemed against full price bottle purchases only, up to a value of £100. The discount cannot be redeemed against bottle bundles (which are already discounted). Tradizionale gift boxes are not included in this promotion. The discount percentages available to win are:
    1. 10% off single bottles
    2. 20% off single bottles
  • 30% off single bottles

3.2. No cash alternative or other alternative prize will be provided in whole or in part, except that in the event of circumstances outside of its control, the promoter reserves the right to substitute a similar prize or part of a prize of equal or greater value.

3.3 The prizes are non-transferable.

 

  1. PRIZE CLAIM

4.1 There are a limited number of physical and discount prizes available over the promotional period.

4.2 Prizes are won by playing the Mazzetti Lucky Drop plinko game.

4.3 Claimants will be notified immediately following participation what prize they have won via the Mazzetti host who will supervise the game play. The claimants prize will be written on the trough that their playing token lands in.  

4.4 Free gifts – mini bottles of Mazzetti Gold Label will be handed to the winner by the Mazzetti host.   

4.4 Claimants of the retail discount will be handed a card stating their prize discount, which can be redeemed in the stand retail store.  

4.5 No personal details need to be exchanged in order to receive a prize.

 

  1. CONDITIONS

5.1 Each successful claimant will be requested to take part in reasonable publicity by Mazzetti in respect of the promotion.

5.3 No claims from agents, third parties, consumer groups, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted.

5.4 All costs and expenses not included within the prizes are the responsibility of the claimant(s).

5.5 Mazzetti reserves the right at any time, at its absolute discretion, to:

  1. a) verify the eligibility of any participant (including their age and place of residence);
  2. b) disqualify any participant found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or participating using fraudulent means, or who Mazzetti believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions; and
  3. c) disqualify participants who do not give correct contact details or those who make an entry on someone else's behalf.

 

  1. LIABILITY

6.1 Except as otherwise required by applicable law, the promoter accepts no responsibility or liability for any claim which, for technical or other reasons, is unsuccessful, incomplete, lost, late, damaged, corrupted or misdirected. The promoter shall not be liable for a failure to fulfil this Promotion or for any breach of these Terms and Conditions caused by events or circumstances beyond its reasonable control. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

 

6.2 The promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense or damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this promotion or accepting or using a prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury, death and fraud) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.

 

  1. GENERAL

7.1 Any decision of Mazzetti, in respect of the promotion is final. For questions regarding the promotion, get in touch at info@circleagency.co.uk. 

7.2 Mazzetti reserves the right to extend, withdraw, alter or suspend the promotion or these terms and conditions at any time if circumstances beyond its control make this unavoidable.

7.3 Any images are an illustrative example and do not show the exact prize.

7.4 Any personal data collected in connection with the Promotion will be processed by Mazzetti for the purposes of administering and managing the Promotion and prizes and verifying the eligibility of each participant. Mazzetti is committed to protecting the privacy of all participants. Data that is collected from or about participants will be used in accordance with current Data Protection legislation and Mazzetti’s Privacy Policy (which also includes information about the data rights of participants), a copy of which can be found at https://uk.mazzettioriginale.com/pages/privacy. By participating in the promotion, you agree to the use of your personal data as described here.

7.6 The promotion and these terms and conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law and you can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in the English and Welsh courts. If you live in another part of the UK you will also benefit from any mandatory provisions of local law and can bring legal proceedings in respect of the promotion and these terms and conditions in your local courts.

7.7 If any of these clauses should be determined to be illegal, or otherwise unenforceable then it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and conditions and the remaining clauses shall survive and remain in full force and effect.
