Fig Chef's Reduction



Just like our Classic Chef's Reduction this is a lusciously thick and rich gourmet Italian glaze. Created through gentle cooking of “Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.” with added grape must and fig puree for additional sweetness and a fruity profile. Perfect for pairing with fresh fruits or grourmet cheeses, as well as decorating desserts like icecream, cheesecake or pannacotta.
The bottle is equipped with a special pourer which allows easy decoration and pouring.
