Just like our Classic glaze, this is a lusciously thick and rich gourmet Italian glaze. Created through gentle cooking of “Aceto Balsamico di Modena I.G.P.” enhanced in flavour with a percentage of truffle. The result is an extraordinary sauce delicate and strong at the same time. Perfect to be used as a base for a truffled pasta sauce or to enrich risotto. In addition, it can be used as a base to create a spreadable cream or as a special ingredient to decorate eggs and omelettes. The bottle is equipped with a special pourer which allows easy decoration and pouring.
